A cotton warehouse near Piccadilly, cut into compact apartments with kitchens.
A former cotton warehouse in Manchester's Piccadilly district, converted into compact apartment-style rooms. The floor plates are original and the brick was left exposed wherever it could be.
Each unit carries a small kitchen area, so the format sits between a capsule hotel and a studio flat. For anything longer than a couple of nights, that difference matters more than square metres do.
The ground floor opens to the street — a café by day, a bar later — and the building keeps a foyer large enough to work in. Piccadilly station is a short walk east.
